I am sticking with UDFA Brad Craddock K Maryland 6003 192 4.88 Either way if whatever kicker can handle the kick off duties I would guess Thomas Morstead might get a bit nervous. cap vs dead 2016 $4,450,000 $1,200,000 2017 $4,000,000 $250,000 2018 $4,150,000 Punter are there also this year. top on my list UDFA Peter Mortll P Minnesota 6012 192 4.94 so I am interested at the kickoff capabilities which could make drafting a kicker not out of the question. To save some 3 mill in cap this year. But you need a punter that excels at pinning teams inside not only inside the 20 but Coffin corner and killing a punt inside the 10 as well. Booming 60 and 70 yard'ers are nice and needed when when your offense stinks. accuracy and directional punting IMO is a bigger issue. Love sighing like this. It opens a whole new can of worms. Can Thomas Morstead be replaced on the cheap? |

Re: Josh Scobee next to test kicker's Bermuda Triangle by joining Saints
Kickers seem a lot more important since they have moved the extra points back. I would much rather have a good kicker over a good punter.

This is a terrible move. He was not as good at the end of his Jacksonville term. No more vet kickers, we need a young stud kicker.
