should have been cut mid season last year, he cost us games not just penalties.

This was like cutting off that rotted toenail. It's going to hurt for a while, but the benefits far outweigh the negatives. I hope he understands that we all respect him as a locker-room leader and good guy, but he's gone because he's incompetent.
