Saints sign James Laurinaitis
The New Orleans Saints have signed veteran linebacker James Laurinaitis.
Laurinaitis confirmed the news on Twitter late Wednesday. The NFL Network first reported the signing. It was the second linebacker added by the Saints in the same day. Earlier the team announced the signing of linebacker Nate Stupar.  We doubled up on LB's today. read more |

Rand Getlin of NFL Media reports that the Saints have agreed to terms with former Rams LB James Laurinaitis. Laurinaitis previously visited with the Saints and Falcons, which appeared to be the two teams he was considering the most. |

Seems like we are going for depth and rotational players. IDK if he can start all 3 downs because he is horrible at the pass but he is a stud against the run.
