Looking at the salary cap numbers:
2017- includes 38 players one of which is not named Drew Brees. It is fair to say that players like Delvin Breaux will eventually warrant an upgrade in contract.
2018- includes 24 players. I am not even sure this even warrants discussion when the list includes only 24 players......
