this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Brees isn't going anywhere. I expect the extension will be a very difficult one to negotiate with his age now a major factor moving forward. We do not need Treadwell or Lynch. We need beastly, durable lineman on both sides ...

Brees isn't going anywhere. I expect the extension will be a very difficult one to negotiate with his age now a major factor moving forward. We do not need Treadwell or Lynch. We need beastly, durable lineman on both sides of the ball. A Herschel Walker style trade to move up would be suicide for the team after multiple useless drafts.
