Saints sign 2-time All American C/G
From Michigan State. Probably slipped through the cracks because of size, but apparently this guy can play. Possibly our offensive version of Sam Mills?

Re: Saints sign 2-time All American C/G
A shorter center or guard is not a problem, especially not when your QB is barely 6 feet tall. Just like for DTs a shorter C will most likely have a lower center of gravity and a good starting point to get under DTs creating great leverage. I would hover not mind at all if he could put on another 10lbs to have a little more mass in combating big NTs.
I also like the Coach Roushar connection, the Saints should know very well what they are getting. |

I think there's a chance this kid shows up and starts this year. He could be a really special player.

Says he can play all the O-line.

He'll make the 53 man roster and start come week 1

Diamond in the rough?
Training camp should be fun. |
Re: Saints sign 2-time All American C/G
With our Guard situation, he would probably consider it a failure if he didn't crack the starting lineup.
In all seriousness though, seems like a nice signing. |
Re: Saints sign 2-time All American C/G
I can see both Jack Allen and Landon Turner getting big reps in the preseason to guage how ready they are for the prime time spotlight.
