Vonn Bell replaces Byrd? I hope everyone is correct and Bell can play safety at the NFL level. In college he was used as a CB/S hybrid. 5'10" safety with lazy tackling habits does not give me the warm fuzzies at the pro level.

I just do not see Bell as a real threat to start as a true safety at the nfl level. Much the same as kenny. Both would appear to be toys to bounce around and drive QB nuts. Funny thing is if you could combine the two, Kenny toughness with Bells ball skills you might really have a special player. Still would be bit too short for my liking against the monster WR they will face in our division.

But he has 3 years to prove me wrong.

Who is going to the surprise safety in camp is what I am watching out for.
