Re: New Orleans loses 2019 Super Bowl bid to Atlanta
We won't get another one without a new stadium or a complete reboot. I wish they would totally gut it and rebuild it totally state of the art inside but leave the outside alone. Add a retractable roof but that's about it.

Not a great advertisement for our Stadium when the first Superbowl held there in a while and the lights turn off and stop the game....

Re: New Orleans loses 2019 Super Bowl bid to Atlanta
If they really wanted to leave they could buyout the lease, hopefully it never come down to that.
If teams keep moving eventually they going to lose a large fan base. Why would fans be loyal to their team if they're not certain they going to stick around. How many teams in high market Los Angeles left? Los Angeles, the Rams and raiders left and one came back and the other one is maneuvering to comeback. When the lakers build another dynasty team the Rams will be on the move again |

I know it means a lot financially to the city, but I don't see the big deal with hosting the SB.

We haven't really had a serious upgrade for a decade. If there is a renovation I imagine ticket prices will go up.

ATL is just a bad choice. The city offers nothing, and public transportation is god-awful. |

I'm loving the possibility of winning it all in their dome.
