Who will be the Saints MVP this season

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; OK Guys and Gals we've already had the poll on the all time best Saints, and of course it was Drew, now lets predict which Saint will be our MVP this season. Remember only 20 spaces available on the poll....

Besides Brees, I'd say Brandin Cooks or Mark Ingram, leaning more towards Ingram.

Potential defensive rookie of the year - Vonn Bell because Byrd is constantly injured and that should force Bell into playing time.

I was going to put Bell on the list instead of Harper but I think Harper will give more leadership to the secondary than play on the field.

Went with Allen. He will prove how bad Rob was and show going back to a Greg Williams style system works best.

Drew should be omitted lol

Yeah, to me Drew is the obvious choice. Other than Drew, I think Ingram has the most potential to be an MVP.

Although I'd love to see someone on the defense become MVP worthy. Rankins or Lauranitis could turn the defense around. If the D moves up, even to just average, it could be the most valuable change the Saints have had in years.

I went with Ingram. I hope he can stay healthy and really have his break-out year. I think Fleener will help stretch the fiel and Snead, Thomas and Cooks will force the defence to spread out opening a lot of running lanes for Ingram. I can see him having 1300 yds and 10 TDs on the ground

Im going to pick Dennis Allen. We all know Drew is the MVP year in and out but if he can give us a top 15 defense we win 13 games.

My vote went to Laurinitis. I know Drew will be the MVP. However, it looks like he'll get paid handsomely to play that way though.

I think that Laurinitis going to be "The Man" for the Saints defense!

If it isn't Brees then we are looking at 7-9 or worse.

I'm pretty excited about Fairley and Lauranitis. When signed, it was still up in the air if either would even make the team, but so far it looks like they will be major contributors.

Hopefully Unger's performances will at least warrant his name to be brought into the conversation when all is said and done.

On the defensive side - Anthony.
