Read Roman Harper's heartfelt message to fans on Facebook
Roman Harper wrote a personal message to his fans in a Facebook message posted Monday.
In it, he said it was "obvious that God's plan" brought him back to the New Orleans Saints, and that he "will smile and enjoy every second of this journey with all of you." Harper rejoined the Saints last week, after he played the last two seasons with the Carolina Panthers. Harper, a safety, twice reached the Pro Bowl during his first eight seasons with the Saints, after the team picked him in the second round of the 2006 draft.
