This kid from So. IL actually could be pretty good. I don\'t know if anyone has heard the story about this guy, but the Saints looked at him as a favor... loved him, signed him. Still, you\'re right Gator, it looks as if this move makes the resigning of Delhomme less probable. However, Finlen didn\'t play anywhere after he graduated (year before last) and was signed as an UFA, so it doesn\'t necesarily mean Delhomme is out. The rumor around town that I\'ve heard is that the Saints think J.T. can be a solid number two after another year.... yikes!

Don\'t know much about this Cook guy, but he doesn\'t sound real impressive... I\'m sort of surprised that the first two signees were offensive though... don\'t know what to make of that.

It\'s january folks. The signing of a unknown QB who has not spent any time on an NFL team is no reason to go off on a wild tangent of speculation. He most probably is being brought in to be a mini camp arm while brooks recovers. Right now they only have JT.

Whoa Gator, I don\'t think he was sticking it to us... but I understand... I go off a lot... as we all know. It doesn\'t concern me that they signed this new guy nearly as much as it concerns me that with all the rumors flying around about Delhomme I haven\'t heard one that had anything to do with the Saints trying to resign him or even making an offer. Scary...
