I can say that we have improved since last year and that's all I care about...

In our Division yes the Panthers. Al Holcomb has done a nice job there.

New Orleans
Atlanta

But we do have some young ascending players that could change that ranking by year end, and IF Ellerbe can stay healthy we have a stud out there..

CAROLINA LB crew...and they really own the Div until Saints figure out how to build a D.

panthers have the best DT duo in the NFL so their LB are setup for success.

I agree Hagan but these thing are always difficult to quantify.
Are the LBs better because of great d-line play?
Yes, but the d-line also benefits from great LB play.
Succesful symbiotic relationships make it difficult to assign a % as to who helps the other more.
I think they should forfeit one or the other position group in the name of statistical research.
All I know is they are too damn good for my taste.
