Saints interested in Kennoy Kennedy

Kennedy was scheduled to arrive in Detroit for a visit Sunday night and is expected to be at the team's facility today. There have been strong indications the Lions will try to sign Kennedy during his visit.

Kennedy is scheduled to go to Miami, then Atlanta after visiting the Lions. There also has been interest from New Orleans and Kansas City. His agent, Vann McElroy, said he is still talking to Denver about Kennedy

I thought he had signed with the Lions. That may have been the booze talking.

I think there was a report that Kenoy had signed with the Lions. I\'m pretty sure. And, hey, I was sober.. :P

Anyway.. he hasn\'t signed and at least the Saints are showing some interest.

Showed interest, but not on the visit list? Hhhhmmm. I smell an Antonio Pierce, Ian Gold. He will sign elsewhere.

There were reports that he signed with the Lions, but several hours later his agent was all screaming about that he hadn\'t. I\'m not sure what the mix-up was, but he is available. We should look at him; he doesn\'t suck.

Kenoy Kennedy UFA Broncos ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â€Âœ He has very good size and is one of the most physical and most feared safeties in the game. When heÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢s at his best, receivers will fear going over the middle where Kennedy roams. While having great size, Kennedy actually isnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t a great cover player which belies the fact he only has four career interceptions in his five seasons of play. He gets by on intimidation and reputation as compared to great skill. HeÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢s more than willing to mix it up against the run.

so far he\'s my third favorite...smith is first, then darius then him. I don\'t particurly like the fact that he\'s not a great cover player.

We really could use two safeties if we let T-buck go and Gleason gets away. I figure \"think greedy\", since we\'ll probably start the year with Mitchell and Bellamy starting.

I think that we can get davis in the draft-and I\'d rather him play safety..so draft one and sign one.
