Re: Reggie Bush Returning to the Saints?
Why is the thread titled as though Reggie Bush has a possibility of returning to the Saints? Worse yet, why are people actually commenting on that non-possibility, when the first few paragraphs included:

Re: Reggie Bush Returning to the Saints?
It always seemed that Payton never used Reggie out in space enough...
Always thought Bush would excel more in a Steve Smith/Brandin Cooks receiver role... And it seemed while we had Bush, Payton always kept trying that damn reverse with Reggie thinking he was that much closer to breaking it open when it never worked... Reggie was better than what he got from fans in the way of disappointment, but no where near what the pundits proclaimed he'd be... |

Report: Bills targeting Reggie Bush | ProFootballTalk
This is being reported by Ian Rappaport so it's probably a lie. |
Re: Reggie Bush Returning to the Saints?
he goin to the bills . . . saints don't need him . . actually we used him wrong when we did have him. Sean Payton don't know how to use running backs . . too pass happy . .its all good when things are goin well . .but he almost ruined Mark Ingram's career also . . im just being honest . . . a successful running back need more that 7 touches per game to get going . . . I thing SP is too impatient to wait for the running game to open up . . .

My point was that Ian Rappaport is not a very reliable source for news when it comes to the Saints ... and a lot of other teams for that matter. He tries very hard to be Adam Schefter. Saints have a solid stable of backs going into camp. Bush's best playing days are behind him. |
