New Orleans Saints arrive unceremoniously for training camp in West Virginia
The New Orleans Saints' United Airlines charter landed at Greenbrier Valley Airport at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday. On Thursday, training camp will be in full swing.

After the plane touched down, it pulled behind a hangar mostly blocking the view of the players, coaches and executives exiting the aircraft. Then, the group boarded buses that made the 12-mile drive to The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs where the team will soon be practicing.

Unceremoniously indeed. Last I checked we haven't won any truly meaningful games in 2 seasons. Better get your ass to work if you want a parade.

agreed...and just what kind of ceremony is appropriate for team 1200 miles away, practicing in the middle of nowhere, in a town with a pop of 2500?

Today the players are helping rebuild and repair damage caused by the flooding. I think it's great team building that they're helping the community and doing some dirty work.

I had a feeling they were going to be doing some extra work to help that community. And you're right, it builds good relationships and makes guys a little humble. Nothing wrong with that! Awesome to see!!
