Exactly...I'd say the safe money would be Coleman makes the roster, but you're exactly dead on that he's no where near being a lock for the roster...

I'd argue that Seantavius Jones looked pretty good for a back end receiver for us and he's not on this roster...

The "catching" thing is kinda big deal, especially with this offense...

The veteran presence (Hicks) is more to help the back-end receivers get up to speed without taxing Cooks and Snead continued development with that extra burden...

For what its worth... Bobby mentioned that Coleman still isn't aggressively using his size like he should and fight for balls.

I believe from the live updates that Coleman dropped 2-3 catchable passes, one of them was completely uncontested.

Times running out for him, Nicks, Kyle Prater and RJ harris are playing better than him at this point.

True, its just like Arrington in his 3rd (?) season. Put up or pack your stuff.

Similarly at times Coleman looks like a solid keeper, and others not so much.

I think the PS games will determine if he's a keeper more so than just camp performance

I had no faith in the guy. the talent is there but lack of desire and a fat head never works for SP. Attitude is and always has been the #1 knock against him.

Like I said "He was the invisible man" when he was with the Colts. Of course the Colts took a chance on Duron Carter too.
