this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Also, from reports I've read CJ Spiller looks to be healthy and is flashing the stop-go speed he had in his prime, and I'm hearing the same about Byrd too. Thats really encouraging....

I watched some highlights on Nola.com and CJ looks remarkably more comfortable running, he busts out multiple spin moves and then breaks away using his speed.

Remember he had surgery 2 weeks before the start of last season. He obviously rushed himself back to justify his signing. He should be fully healthy this year.
