Brees is 21 of 25 so far

Just thrown a second TD to Brandin Cooks who beat "guess who"? - Malcolm butler pro bowl CB on a back shoulder throw.

From a report I read early, the patriots did well defending the WR's apart from Brandin Cooks

Brees settled for check downs quite often but Spiller took a swing pass for a long gain near the start of practice.

I'm still convinced the 4 ints were our defense getting better

The last one Brees threw was due to him being agitated that the D had his number and forced a play he shouldn't have, which he admitted later.

Brees is his own harshest critic, that's why I'm not concerned in the slightest about him.
