Seeing Brees play in San Diego for the first time in Saints colors facing off against River will be interesting. That was suppose to happen in 2008 but we played in London.

We love Brees and are happy for his success in New Orleans except for that day. lol
As good as Brees is, Rivers has given us no reason to miss him but he did give us some memorable moments.

Rivers thinks highly of Brees. Week three during Rivers' rookie season, Brees was the starter and they crushed the Titans 38-10. Marty wanted to pull Drew half way into the fourth quarter. Rivers said "let him finish this. It's His game." That's some pretty big respect!!!

If any of you are making it to this game, be sure to stop by for a taco and beer.

As much as Brees didn't want to admit it at the time, the shoulder injury might have been the best thing that happened to his career.

The Chargers and Saints both benefited from it, Brees was good with the Chargers but matching him with Sean Payton really helped Drew unlock that upper tier of play.

Year after Year Rivers put up high numbers for you guys and I never really see him mentioned as a top QB which I think is unfair.

Nobody wants to play for San Diego. Look at Philip Rivers as to why. He will be the best QB in the history of the league to not win anything. Meanwhile Eli, who I think is a lesser QB has 2 rings.

Sorry to say but one team that seems to have our number is the Falcons. I don't know what it is. It's not like they play their best, we play our worst. We just don't look like the same team at all against the Falcons.

Hope to see the Chargers against the Saints in the Superbowl but you might not like that when the Chargers lose.
