Lewis said he felt like he never meshed with DC Dennis Allen and that he was closer with former DC Rob Ryan. But said he has utmost respect for Sean Payton and his hometown organization.
Interesting but not too surprising.
Circle back to an earlier post from Danno. PJ has clearly been our #2 corner so far in camp. KL simply hasn't been 100% in 2+ seasons. If you listen at some of the early sound bytes from DeVante, PJ, Pruitt & Crawley in camp, they speak highly of Breaux as a leader... KL not so much.
It was a good ride & I enjoyed watching KL play but I think it was time for them to move on. Most of us here didn't really expect him to play much in 2016 any way.
I wish Keenan well though going forward.
