Yup.
No real recipe.
Just known flavors and techniques.
Use whatever is at hand.
This was gulf shrimp, baby spinach, fish sauce , garlic, red pepper, butter (duh) and herbs pinched from the garden.
Best way to cook I think.
Find what suits your family's mood and everyone gets involved in the process.
