Hindsight is always 20/20 but in light of all of the O line issues and shuffling of Peat, I wonder if the Saints FO even took a serious flyer on Trai Turner coming out of LSU? I mean in two short seasons he has improved his craft with the Carolina Panthers & is a legitimate player (2015 Pro Bowler) at the GUARD position.
Not bashing the Saints FO, but damn there is ELITE talent in our backyard (Baton Rouge) that can play at a high level on Sundays. Makes you wonder what the area scouts are looking for in players. Anyway ... |

Lookin' at the roster, he's definitely a fan of THE Ohio State University!
Perhaps buying him a purple and yellow "I've Slept With Les" shirt might sway him that way??? |
