College tomorrow who are we looking at?
I would say guard play is a need. So it would be important to look for guard play.
Also, right tackle is a small need but Streif isn't going until he retires sadly. I would say also DE is a need I would say those are our three main needs. But you know this org does not draft for need. They draft BPA. So because of that crap, we probably will never get the players we covet. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Offensive line. But I don't think Sean Payton and Mickey Loomis will be watching LSU vs. Wisconsin, yet Belichick will have front row seats lol

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Any and everyone, this team needs all the help it can get
|
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Michigan, who cares about players at this point??? ;)
|
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
I will be looking guards and RT for offense. Pass rush for defense. Like a DE.
Are corners necessary since we only have two starting outside corners and no depth? |

Because what they do and don't do in college don't matter? Not everyone is Rankins. It's important to see what a player can do in live action. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Defense, specifically Defensive End, Linebacker and Strong Safety...
Offense, I'm with Captain Obvious - Guard... You keep drafting, cycling defense keeping it young, fast, hungry; on offense, you lockdown top flight QBs, WRs, OTs, Ks... |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Im watching the best player available

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
I'm not watching anyone in particular... Scouting is not my job; however I'll enjoy LSU football as a fan!

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
News flash...We cant add any of these guys this year. Its so freaking premature to look at draft candidates I had to laugh at loud at this thread. Seriously?
Have any of you guys ever heard of free agency? Pathetic. |

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Key addition right out of the gate that plays multi roles to open up space for other players at other positions.
Christian McCaffrey - new QB and OL will put him to the test. Next Bush? gotta long list but these have my eye early Adoree' Jackson CB/WR USC 5-11 186 4.43 Josh Augusta, NT, Missouri 6-4 335 5.10 Dion Dawkins OT/OG Temple 6-5 315 5.27 Mitch Leidner, QB, Minnesota 6-4 236 4.70 Jelani Hamilton DE/DT Miami 6-5 302 4.74 of course one of my favorite defenders from 2016 Jonathan Allen |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
All I care about is watching some football. I'll see some players along the way and I might think to myself "it would be nice to have that guy". But until somebody pays me to spend all my time scouting specifically for what the Saints need, I won't be thinking about that much. After the season is when I'm ready to start talking about who's available, and who would be nice to get.

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
I'll be watching how LSU still doesn't have a good quarterback, and never will be anything other than a one-trick pony under Les Miles. Stop the run, stop LSU.
They made a huge mistake changing their minds about firing him when the players carried him off the field. Textbook emotional decision. |

Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Yes, Mason Denley LG #72 Houston
|
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
We could STILL have a good season and need a good olineman. Barnes could be a one year thing.
|
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
So proud of my Coogs, can't beiieve they beat Oklahoma by 10

South Alabama upset Mississippi State!
Wow. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
I was busy watching Rizzoli&Isles, a show I never really watched before because it was somewhat interesting episode in syndication and lost track of LSU and Wisconsin. I'm watching the game now. Given the score I don't think there's much on the oline except for the same position as Denley. Who is the number 83 or 84 LG for LSU?
There's a q left for me to observe here. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Same old LSU, I swear the high school quarterback down the street is better than what Harris. Dude blows.
I'd be pissed if I was receiver, Harris isn't just destroying his NFL dreams, but theirs as well. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
LSU goes down so much for the college playoffs
|
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
Two things I'm not looking for...
QB's from LSU and probably Bama as well. |
Re: College tomorrow who are we looking at?
LSU wont get a QB worth a squat until Les is gone. Harris ended the game the way he started it, off target.
