Anything left at the end of the season automatically rolls. Most teams usually have very little, but anything left goes.

According to this the Jags carried over $32M from 2015, the Browns and the Titans $20M.

I honestly hope they'll take part of this and give Delvin Breaux a raise. Nothing huge or anything, just add another year or two and maybe give him a nice signing bonus. The man has earned it and it would probably still be a bargain price for someone with his skill set.
