this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Everyone said he'd take 2 or 3 years to develop. Now he's a bust because he 's in year 3 and isn't a top 10 starter? I'd venture to say that 3rd round QB's have about a 1 in 10 ...

I'd venture to say that 3rd round QB's have about a 1 in 10 chance of becoming a starter. He's no different. Should we stop drafting QB's until Drew retires? |

Drafting one in the third round is passive aggressive. There are a lot of quality interior lineman in that area. Most of us wanted to see the team move in that direction. There's no exact science to drafting any position. But I think it's fair to question the wisdom of that pick. |
