Saints Cut C.J. Spiller

This costs us 2.6 million in cap space this year, but we gain that back next year in savings.

The only reason you cut him now is so you can eat the dead money this year and be done with it.

No one will ever confuse me as a GM but IMO it makes no sense. May as well cut JByrd while you are at it (sarcasm)
