I'm neither a half-full or half-empty kind of guy. I'm a flat realist. 12% historical chance is concerning, considering the last 4 years of history for this club, and the upcoming games.
We should be looking at the draft. |

16 games dude. Saints aren't great at this point (obviously) but have been in it with young guys despite injury to major contributors. They certainly may get on a tear or they may fall apart. Don't see quit in these guys yet. None in me either.

Seems pretty negative to me. Agreeing with yourself, and trashing others (which has been well documented by now) does not translate to being a positive person. But you go ahead and keep pumping your chest out. No one is impressed. |

And yes, of course there is a chance of making the playoffs. I wouldn't say it's a great chance, given the injuries. I watch every game the same way. The level of emotional investment is always high, unless I'm having a horrible day, in which case games tend to mean a lot less.
But if I'm being honest with myself, I just think there is too much stacked against this team, unless some guys get back faster than expected. No sense in getting my hopes up with unrealistic expectations. If they do make it, it will be all the more exciting in the end. |
If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.

Iv'e been out of town so I just watched the condensed version of the game on NFL game pass and I saw a lot of positives for our team in this game.
One of the most pleasing things was the Saints attitude, still fighting to the last few seconds. They'll be even more fired up against the Falcons. So can we make the playoffs? OF COURSE WE CAN? Keep the faith! GEAUX SAINTS!!! |
