David Onyemata's Performance
How do you guys/gals think Onyemata has performed thus far? I haven't really noticed him on a bunch of impact plays, but I've seen him on the field a bit.
Considering how raw he was supposed to be, what do you think? I think him being on the field this soon is a great experience, especially if he can keep getting better as the year progresses |

Re: David Onyemata's Performance
The Saints actually have quite a few very young players. They are going to make mistakes. The funny thing is I have read a few people around here calling for the Saints to rebuild. The fact is, the Saints HAVE rebuilt. That is one of the issues this year. There is youth everywhere with hopefully just enough veteran glue to hold them together until they get their feet under them. The team, with players like Onyemata, will continue to improve throughout the season.

Re: David Onyemata's Performance
Onyemata hasn't really done anything. Kind of hard to judge so far. Glad he's in there getting the playing time though.

Re: David Onyemata's Performance
I think Onyemata has played, but that's all that can be said of him. There's a bad track record here of developing defensive lineman, particularly interior d-linemen, so I'm not holding my breath. As long as Bill Johnson is teaching these guys, I don't know what else to expect. You just have to hope pure talent overcomes.

Re: David Onyemata's Performance
This where somebody comes with some nice in depth stats that shows he has played pretty good for the time he has seen the field
