Here is a mind boggling stat for you Dizz ...
The Falcons rushed for 217 yards last night, and 155 of those yards gained came before any contact by the defense. This may be the worst stat I've ever read. What is Bill Johnson doing at practice ? Our defensive interior line coach has done a poor job in preparing this team. Special teams have been below average as well. Changes are needed and necessary if you want to compete at this level. |

This speaks to how bad our gap and contain assignments were last night. Very undisciplined play. When the pursuit was so bad that Matt Ryan didn't even have to slide on scrambles, that's when you know there is a serious problem. You cannot blame that on the injuries, you have to put it on the coaching. |
