Newton is easily rattled. It's well documented. If we get to him early in the game and can take him to the carpet a few times we can disrupt their game plan. I can see a lot of blitzing and jams at the line of scrimmage to throw off the timing routes when he looks for a release valve.

This team must contain Newton and not let him get to the edge. Set the edge with Cam and Edibali. Put a spy on Newton and don't worry about the deep ball. Just get pressure on him and throw him off his game. It's not hard to get him out of rhythm. Blitz baby! Blitz! :razz:

He should've practiced a little more. We're lucky that the Panthers defense is as bad as ours.
