Last night interviewing Haz, he commented that Mayberry will initially be our RT, BUT he could/would slide over to guard if Stinchcomb steps up.
My Translation: Stinch isn't going to be a LT. But we think he can play RT. He said they weren't interested in either Sharper. Smith is a younger version of Darren Sharper. Also wasn't interested in Jamie. My Translation: We're gonna draft the crap out of LB's this year. He also said they wanted to sign another LB but isn't impressed with whats left out there right now. He likes who we have now. My Translation: Haz was drunk. He also commented he was quite pleased with our DB's now. Called out every player by name, even Craft, who he wants re-signed. But strangely omitted one name... Tebuckey Jones. My Translation: Ba-Bye. |

i have read summaries of what he said on other boards, etc. and all much the same. almost all included similar conclusions: \"the dewd is deluded\", \"he is nuts not wanting another LB\", \"i think he is on drugs\", \"loomis must have given him some strong grog\", etc.

the only thing I can think of is that we will (hopefully) make a run on LInebackers in the draft..problem is without more picks-teams know this and can draft them just to keep them from us..plus alot of teams need lb.

Well aside from Witherspoon, Sharper, and Hartwell, there really isn\'t much left in FA as far as LBs go. We could still get a top flight CB and a solid RT, so let\'s get on that Haz!

So you\'re saying, aside from upgrade, big upgrade, and huge upgrade, there isn\'t much left at LB in FA?

Did u say draft the carp out of LB\'s. Hopefully they will be everything Hodge and Allen and Grant was. Seriously, they did good with watson and bockwoldt. We need a Vilama-type guy......DJ
