this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Hope it isn't on the right side where Sherman is. Is this a game he gets limited in?...

The good thing about our young WR's is they all excel in a different area. Cooks is the obvious speed guy which Sherman tends to struggle with, only Cooks can run an entire route tree. Snead is the 3rd down specialist, tough at the line of scrimmage and often comes up with contested catches. The great thing about Thomas is he seems so professionally polished as a rookie, his routes are crisp, he is a lot tougher than people give him credit for, he has great hands and already a great rapport with Brees. We won't shy away from Shermans side, but we need to take every opportunity that presents itself. |

I just have this feeling it's one of those games Thomas takes a break from and "show-up-at-home Snead" has one of his rare bigger games.

On the other hand, if Michael Thomas dominates again he will pretty much solidify himself as the top rookie this season. |

I'm pretty sure that Sea knows the threat that Thomas presents and will shift coverage accordingly.
TEs should get some good chances if this is the case. If Fleener and Hill can hold onto the damn ball? I think we will win. |

Sherman only plays on one side of the field...at all times.

Agreed Shermans Achilles heel is speedy WR's. But I would still be chucking to the opposite side.

Re: Where is Thomas lining up?
Won't matter, he'll just end up at the back of the end zone. Saints win big today and is the talk of the NFL today.
