NFL Game in Mexico
I don\'t think we -want- to be in that game.
Security isn\'t what it used to be, especially outside the US. And Mexico city... uh... dunno. Let\'s send the Falcons instead. OUCH, ooops, no, I didn\'t say that.... |

NFL Game in Mexico
A few months ago I posted a story about how the NFL was seeking to expand the buisness into Mexico and Cananda...
This must be a preemptive marketing campaign... Just to test the waters... I for one would HATE the NFL going to Mexico... Cananda doesn\'t sound so bad though...If it were up to me, I would keep it purley American... But, Money talks... |

NFL Game in Mexico
Football has been played in Mexico at H.S. and college level for decades... The Cowboys are still a favorite team, a \"hangover\" from the 70\'s when the Cowboys had 2 different Mexican kickers who played their college football at the Politecnico Nacional... every time the NFL plays a preseason game there (and they\'ve been douing that for decades also), they get crowds of over 100,000... ... on a socio-political note, geez, people... travel some... educate yourselves... |

TR - while I agree with that last little note, have you ever been to Mexico City? Not calling you out, but that place was pretty sleezy when I went. Hard to ignore the sheer population there though.
Maybe we should get the league to push on the Saints to move there. Then we\'ll see how much he complains about the poor small market he\'s in! |

NFL Game in Mexico
Cowboys and some other team played an exhibition game in a soccer staduim a few years ago... they can seat something like over 100,000, makes great buisness sense. More than likely it will be the Cowboys closer to the Mexican boarder. Cowboys seem to be one of the more recognizable teams internationally and Jerry Jones will have a cow if he isn\'t benefiting money wise by playing a game there.
