Promoted offensive line coach Jack Henry to associate head coach and running game coordinator.

Exactly what does an ''Associate Head Coach'' do...

And just recently it came to my knowledge that both the running game, and passing games in some instances both have individual coordinators..outside of the Offensive Coordinator...

Sure does seem like a lot of Chiefs, for so few Indians...

Associates with the head coach .

See every now and then , no one wants to play with the head coach , so he stands alone on the field .The coaches all get together and draw straws and the loser gets the title Associate Head Coach .

imagine if you will... there is the real NFL and then there is Fantasy Football. The Saints have created some weird positions and tittles this year. You have the real coaches like HC OC and DC then you have AHC and then AOC and ADC. Game planning coaches. I think thats a way of saying ok Ventrui your the DC but this guy here the defensive game planning coach will be calling the shots.
