Mark Ingram’s rebound won’t change Saints’ plans in*backfield
I wouldn't want to game plan against the Saints this weekend!
Both backs have said they’ll do whatever it takes to win games and both should be in line for a healthy workload this week against the Broncos. Denver is giving up 128.6 rushing yards per game and their effort to improve on those results won’t be helped by defensive end Derek Wolfe’s elbow injury. Keep things in perspective... 49ers has the worse run D... even worse than us which is hard to believe. lol. I also think it helps both backs that they split time. 2 different styles mixing it up keeps the D from making adjustments.

Perspective is New Orleans ranked 16th in rushing yds per game. Denver's rush defense is ranked 29th (128yds). If we play sound football at home we'll be 5-4. |

Amen. The victory will be determined on how mistake free we remain (read:dropped passes and procedural penalties) on offense and how effective we are in the secondary on defense. I imagine the D-line will want to be motivated in punking down Trevor.
I'm fairly confident the offense has things "figured out". I love the competitive fervor of the backfield and it only helps the vertical game. Keep 'Tower and Ingram fueled and with Kuhn in there for special situations.....wow. I hope our Dome Faithful keeps it loud for the whole game...looking forward to this game. btw, I hope the defensive scheme calls for blitzing the living cr@p outta them |
