I guess Strief is unlucky that the few times he gets beat the rusher gets a better hit on Brees?

Not sure if that is a correct assessment, but I'm glad to admit I was wrong and happy he is playing well.
A lot of the pressure came from the right last year but it was mainly from the guys that was the guards responsibility to pick up.

I remember posting that very clearly. When did I say "worst ever"? You're referencing a post where I said I watched a replay of some game where our protection was as bad as ever. That means as bad as it's been. Not as bad as any in the history of football. How did you manage to twist that? You just went through my posts and tried to find the closest thing you could come up with to twist my words into making your point?

I was skeptical, and had every reason to be. It's been better than I expected. That said, it is far from a strength, as some have suggested, in my humble opinion.

As for the other posters you mentioned, I don't know where they are, are why they haven't been around according to you, but I don't remember them saying "worst ever", either. Everyone was skeptical, because it was the same group that struggled mightily a year ago, and it wasn't a particularly young line.

Meanwhile, many people, such as myself, said this was going to be either a .500 or maybe 10-6 team, if everything broke right, because there were too many question marks. You complained about that and called us negative nancy's. Well it's been an up and down year and we're 4-4. You want to talk about that?

We all had our opinions. And not everything plays out the way you think, or hope it will.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.

u know when zack were playing under par he would constantly say something about being healthy would be the answer , i do believe he struggled at times because he was not at 100%.
