Biggest play of the game and you play ZONE DEFENSE! 4 man rush. Yes, give him time to find open man. This coaching decisions are reaching new level of stupidity. Even Collisworth called him out. (allen or whoever calls plays on defense, saw Payton during game being unusually active when defense was on the field).

DA did this last week too....he'll learn that's how Denver was completing a lot of their passes on 3rd down or at least call a zone blitz...

Horrible clock management. No sense of urgency. Someone just tuning in and not knowing the score, would have thought the Saints were up by two scores instead of down. If they had saved just 20 seconds, the could have given Lutz a chance.

We finally have a defense that is playing well enough to win, and we can't find a way to use that to our advantage. I'm a huge SP supporter, but not if he's gonna make the obvious changes. 2nd week in a row that we lose because of a blocked fg. Pitiful. If he can bench Ingram for fumbles, why cant he fire McMahon for all of his F ups?

That third down completion was a back breaker, that would have been the time for DA to bring the heat.

You know I agree, but if you watch the replay, we actually had good pressure on Newton. He threw off his back foot with hands in his face. This was totally Sterling Moore fault. He was playing way too soft on Benjamin.
