He was a bright new light last season at OLB, but we've had some new faces and frankly LB is an area we finally growing some depth. Maybe they're trying to transition him to middle LB and it's still new to him. Sean Payton said "He runs, he can hit. I think, man, he's eager to please, and so he's going to get snaps and playing time. But, I think the key for him is that consistency we're looking for on an every down basis."
