Garoppolo? If you could get him, maybe...
I tell you the guy we should have brought in this pass year is Brian Hoyer... He'd be an incredible backup to Brees and make a great transition quarterback (2-3 seasons) at the very least... Guy has had a series of bad breaks in bad situations... Belichick originally signed him to the Pats and Brady has said he's got the goods... I think Hoyer is underrated too, but IMO he is a streaky QB. For a stretch of games he looked outstanding in Cleveland (which is extremely hard to do), but then he can go through stretches where teams are almost forced to bench him.
