Definitely need some more changes in the front office and coaching staff...

But, I feel better about this team than I have the past two seasons...

Replace special teams coaches; replace defensive line and linebackers coach; consider moving Loomis completely out of personnel; replace at least two scouts; get a Right Guard, a Defensive End, a Linebacker, and a Tight End...

But the problem JP is that vitt, johnson, and mcmahon are Sean's buddies so we know they arent going anywhere so the cycle continues
