Definitely need some more changes in the front office and coaching staff...

Replace special teams coaches; replace defensive line and linebackers coach; consider moving Loomis completely out of personnel; replace at least two scouts; get a Right Guard, a Defensive End, a Linebacker, and a Tight End...

We're alot closer than people realize...

When are heads going to roll on this team? Needs to start with the coaches and then each player position! Time to clean house as there is no base here.....

But the problem JP is that vitt, johnson, and mcmahon are Sean's buddies so we know they arent going anywhere so the cycle continues

i cant disagree about getting rid of sean...i mean it is how flat we come out that really bothers me
