Another 7-9 campaign staring us in the face .. what is this year 3 or 4 with no post season play?

It's time for coaches to start losing jobs & players getting pink slips.

Definitely need some more changes in the front office and coaching staff...

But, I feel better about this team than I have the past two seasons...

Replace special teams coaches; replace defensive line and linebackers coach; consider moving Loomis completely out of personnel; replace at least two scouts; get a Right Guard, a Defensive End, a Linebacker, and a Tight End...

We're alot closer than people realize...

But the problem JP is that vitt, johnson, and mcmahon are Sean's buddies so we know they arent going anywhere so the cycle continues
