Drew Brees was completely utterly terrible, and when he wasn't being terrible, his receivers were dropping passes. Brandin Cooks and Travaris Cadet both dropped touchdowns. Brees also missed Brandin Cooks for a wide open touchdown, missed Willie Snead on a potential huge gain on a simple throw, and on the Saints final drive didn't see or ignored a wide open Snead on a critical third down.

The Saints incompetence wasn't limited to actual play on the field. The clock management to end the half was so abysmal somewhere Les Miles was watching and probably thought, “Damn! That's some awful game management right there.”

Honestly, lately the defensive performances have been the only thing keeping me from quitting on a game. The offense has become rather boring and more than that disappointing to watch - most of the time I'm just infuriated watching them squander every single advantage the defense is able to fight for them.

Oh, well... I just hope they are able to improve in the games remaining and whatever it means for the draft - I still want to see them win all the rest of the games on their schedule.
