The TEAM has been average at best the past three seasons. The head coach does not take the field. Given the number of key injuries this season and defensive shortcomings in the past two years, being average could be deemed as about as well as could have been done by any other coach.

Your all crazy. Go back to last year at this time. Everyone felt optimistic about next year then too. Payton could go tomorrow and I wouldn't be disappointed. Ultimately Sean controls everything, so the cap issues and bad signings are on him too.

I'll predict next years record if Payton is the HC... 7-9
