Tony Robbins rocks. That man is who the Saints need to bring in to motivate the team. It might not hurt for Payton to sit in either. He seems to lack motivation these days.

Since I was much younger, whenever Tony is on I put the remote down. I'm so ashamed. LOL

The water boy should've made it. He's the only one that's been doing his job all season!

Glad I don't watch the Pro Bowl anymore.

How is it a slap in the face? Casual NFC fans don't care about stats. Brees' stats are not being talked about to the open public. How did Brees do against the lions and bucs? How did Brees do late against the raiders? How does Brees often respond to the other team scoring touchdowns early in games.

I'm not calling Brees elite now with how he's played this year. One good game against the cardinals does not make up for his early game flaws and complete flaws. The saints didn't want to run the ball enough to help them win the last two games.

I would be disappointed any other year but this year I'm not.

At the end of the day, if your team isn't winning (see Saints) stats don't really matter.

I thought that Nick Fairley clearly had a pro bowl season. He's been consistently in the backfield this year. I was hoping he would be solid when we signed him, but instead he finally started living up to his draft hype. I don't care how many sacks he has, either. He did the job that elite DT's are supposed to do.

Brees not making it isn't shocking to me, but a little surprising. The yardage and TD's say he belongs in. But he's turned the ball over in bunches and the team has not been very good. It's a political world, even in sports. I knew he had the numbers to get the nod, but I stopped paying much attention to individual accolades when it became apparent, years ago, that more emphasis was placed on superficial factors.

The Saints have been losing for too long and Brees has, at least for now, lost his "winner" status. Good players on bad teams can sometimes make it if they play at a less sexy position. At least that has been my observation.

Brees and Jordan will make it due to a player dropping out cause the playoffs. Certainly for Brees, pro bowl is only good for recognition and for contracts purposes only. If anything I am happy no one from the saints made the pro bowl, with our luck we would probably lose them for the 2017 season before it begins

Is Brees fourth in voting over someone like Cousins?

Btw regarding the browns probowler..........was that Terrelle Pryor? If it was, it was a comeback story for someone who transitioned from qb to wr and did it successfully. Up until RgBust came back, he was the defacto number 1 receiver.

It was Joe Thomas.
