The Saints won\'t even extend this guy an offer. But if they cut Horn and Howard they would DEFINITELY sign Hartwell.

I agree. They could\'ve at least signed him to a 1 year deal to see what he can do. He\'s got some injury issues, but, it\'s worth a shot.
