Great guy and a good coach.....but no thanks. I like DA's ability to make plays with limited talent and his half time adjustments are pretty effective. Give the man some talent and turn him loose with his attacking play book.

Hell Yes... If you can get him, its a no brainer.

Anyone else remember his interim stint as our head coach? He was good.

I might be completely wrong but a lot of times in our 3 safety set aren't we still using a 3-4?
