Grading the defensive talent in 2004?

I was wondering how everyone would grade the talent we had on defense in 2004? I gave everyone a grade from 'A' to 'F'. I based my grades on the overall talent of the player AND their performance from last year.

Are my grades off?

Starting Defense in 2004:
LDE 94 Grant, Charles - B
DT 95 Green, Howard - D
DT 66 Young, Brian - D
RDE 93 Howard, Darren - B
SLB 50 Allen, James - D
MLB 55 Watson, Courtney - D
WLB 57 Bockwoldt, Colby - C
LCB 34 McKenzie, Mike - B
SS 20 Bellamy, Jay - D
FS 34 Jones, Tebucky - D
