this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; kalif barnes Strengths: Amazing athletic ability for the position and a man his size...Shows great footwork...Very quick and agile...Has long arms...Very experienced and a team leader...Still possesses a lot of upside. Weaknesses: Not a dominator in the running game...Plays too ...

top 3 OT in the draft
barron is rated higher by most but we will be fortunate if he is still there for the taking at#16. barnes is projected in the lower third of the first round. still i wouldnt be terribly disappointed if they went need to him. burnett at LB similarly, lower first projection but could use him. |

top 3 OT in the draft
I wouldn\'t mind getting Brown because he at worst adds some depth to the tackle position and at best is ready to start right away. And I certainly wouldn\'t mind getting Barron, but he\'s definitely a long shot. Other than those two I don\'t think any OT is deserving of our first rounder. I\'d rather get someone (at another position) who has proven himself instead of someone with supposed potential. |
