Browns just signed Brock. Garoppolo ain't going there...maybe he is...this is getting cra cra. So they now may have a QB to ride the pine for 16m for a 2nd round pick.

Browns took on his salary for 16ml and a 2nd round pick

They are already talking of cutting him and are actively trying to trade him on while taking on a portion of his salary. They have 100ml in cap space so took him to use space they have too and get a 2nd round pick no other reason

Nuts. If we get that 12 for Cooks though and a decent corner I think that is a fair deal.
