I'd bet on it being higher than that. Michael Vick, Brett Favre, JaMarcus Russell, and Jay Cutler all have cannons.

Not only was Vick fast, but he had a cannon of an arm. See link below.

I wanted Vick to be a Saint so bad growing up.

While we're on the topic of Quarterbacks, I was on the record as saying I didn't want anything to do with Chad Kelly. His draft stock has fallen so far at this point that now I'd be willing to take the risk. He's going to throw you into some games and he's going to throw you out of some. He reminds me of Brett Favre. He's an anticipatory passer and a gun slinger. He doesn't wait for you to get open. He throws you open or where you're supposed to be. Maybe Brees and Payton can mentor him and cut down on those interceptions. That's been my only pet peeve with him is picks. Also, he's mobile and has good size at 6'2" 225 lbs.

I'm keeping an eye on Josh Dobbs as well. He never impressed me at Tennessee, and I don't expect much out of him, but I don't know how much he had to work with offensively. Another mobile kid. EXTREMELY intelligent. Sub-par accuracy. He'd be a project, but he's also a late round pick anyway. He might be more of a Kaepernick style player, but I think he has more touch on the ball.

Chad Kelly reminds me of Derek Carr. In a good way.

I still think Trubisky is the one to take the risk on. Especially if he's sitting for 2-3 years.

He's likely a 1st rounder, and I wouldn't want to use 11 or 32 on him. If he falls to the 2nd though...you have to take him.

Jim Kelly ... Great player and upstanding guy but his nephew Chad Kelly? Pass. He will fold on you like a lawn chair.

He has had multiple arrests for a variety of misdemeanors. He ran out on the field to jump into a fight at a high school football game during his bye week. The 22 year old College senior had to be restrained from hitting 16 and 17 year old high school kids. He also walked out on his teammates last year and left the stadium whining like a baby when they were losing. He didn't even stick around to shake hands with the winners. Wasn't he kicked out of Clemson due to character issues ??

How would that translate to the NFL where you have to be a leader of grown MEN inside a huddle and locker room?

As for his play on the field, he is a pick 6 waiting to happen & possibly game changing INT in 4th quarter of a game.

I don't think Chad is on Sean Payton's radar.

The timing on out and curl routes is critical for our offense...

If he gets healthy, I'd be interesting in Chad Kelly's velocity...

I remember hearing WR's that played with Elway use to leave games/pratice with bruises all over their body. The passes would break through their hands.
